this was the best cleaning service I’ve ever used! They’re extremely professional, thorough, quick and friendly. I needed a deep clean of our apartment. OMG.  The cleaning ladies Luciana & Keina were amazing. Our house had been going under construction and it was dirty. They cleaned so well. It smells amazing. Stovetop looks brand new. It’s been 3 days since we had our house cleaned, and we are still amazed at the detail! We booked for a deep clean of our downstairs and the level of intentionality and details is something that I’ve honestly never seen before in the house cleaning service. The cleaning took about six or seven hours and they stayed out of the way and didn’t make a lot of noise which is important if you work from home or have children. We do have children so there was a lot of movement going on and not once that we feel like we were in their way. We have been proud to work with Vanuza since 2024. She has been with us through two big house moves and two babies, not only keeping our house clean but helping with organizing too during the chaos of newborn and toddlerhood. We absolutely could not keep our home running smoothly without her and the team! We have tried other cleaners (always a mistake!) and Queen Cleaning Services is HANDS DOWN the best in the Bay Area, not only because they are the absolute best in terms of cleaning quality but also because they are just the kindest, friendliest, most reliable and professional team we've worked with. They are a delight. We are now moving overseas and sadly have to say goodbye to Vanuza. If we can find a cleaning company even half as good as Queen Cleaning in our new city, we will be happy. Thank you Vanuza and the team for helping us through a very busy (and stressful!) few years. We couldn't have done it without you. We will miss you!
